Job Description: SUMMARY OF POSITION Responds to incoming support tickets, configure, setup, install, design, and troubleshoot network, VoIP, and video conferencing equipment. Collaborate with infrastructure team to design and implement secure network architectures. Create and maintain network diagrams and documentation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Install and configure network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, phones, faxing and other network equipment. Maintain and upgrade existing network infrastructure, including firmware updates and patch management. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, performance, and security. Collaborate with other members of the technology team to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure with other technology systems. Assist with network capacity planning and ensure the network can accommodate future growth and demand. Provide technical support to end-users regarding network-related issues. Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as required. All other tasks as assigned by your manager/director. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. Minimum of three years working with VoIP and data networks. Strong interest and drive to solve problems and improve user engagement Proven ability to quickly grasp information and independently produce results Strong communications skills, especially in written documentation Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex network issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team TRAVEL This position will require travel between offices within the state of Indiana. 60%-65% travel time. QUALIFICATIONS Education Level Bachelor degree or equivalent experience Years of Experience Five years or more networking administration. Minimum of three years working with VoIP and data networks. Certification/Licensure Preferred Cisco CCNA, CNNP, VOIP, A , Secuirty , or Network .
